A mere investigation, subpoena, or informal inquiry does not. If Opinion is sued solely for non-fraud claims (e.g., breach of contract, negligence), the market resolves to NO. A fraud lawsuit filed against a founder, employee, or affiliated entity where Opinion (opinion.trade) is not named as a defendant resolves to NO. A lawsuit that is filed but immediately dismissed still resolves to YES, as only the filing is required.</p>
