This market will resolve to Yes if Rick Devens is officially declared the winner of Big Brother Season 28.
Resolution will be based on the official season finale broadcast or streaming release as distributed by CBS or its authorized partners. If necessary, the Exchange may rely on the official CBS Big Brother website, official CBS or Big Brother press releases and verified social media accounts, or reporting from reputable outlets such as Reuters, The Associated Press, Variety, Entertainment Weekly, or The Hollywood Reporter.
If Big Brother Season 28 officially declares co-winners or joint winners, each Contract corresponding to an officially declared winner will resolve to Yes. All other contestant Contracts will resolve to No.
If the season is canceled, abandoned, or no winner is officially declared, settlement will occur pursuant to the Contract's Terms & Conditions.
