Ed Bastian out as Delta CEO before 2028?

If Ed Bastian has announced (or it has been announced on his behalf) that he has left his position as CEO of Delta Air Lines after Issuance and before January 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.

Ed Bastian must actually leave his position as CEO of Delta Air Lines for this market to resolve to Yes. An announcement that he will leave at a future date is not sufficient.
