<p>This market will resolve to "YES" if Lionel Messi fully removes his shirt — so it is no longer worn on his torso — as part of a goal celebration immediately following a goal he scores at any match in the 2026 FIFA World Cup main tournament, including extra time. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."</p><p>Goals scored in penalty shootouts do not count. An own goal does not count — the goal must be credited to Messi.</p><p>The shirt removal must occur immediately following the goal as part of the celebration. Removing the shirt at any other point during the match does not qualify.</p><p>The footage must be authentic. Digitally altered content, AI-generated media, or staged reproductions will not qualify.</p><p>If the 2026 FIFA World Cup is cancelled or postponed after July 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC, or no clear confirmation is available within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "NO."</p><p>The primary resolution source will be official information from <a href="http://fifa.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FIFA.com</a>; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.</p>
