<p>This market will resolve to "YES" if Cristiano Ronaldo records a strictly greater total of shots on target than Lionel Messi across the Portugal vs Spain FIFA World Cup 2026 Round of 16 match scheduled for July 6, 2026, 19:00 UTC, and the Argentina vs Egypt FIFA World Cup 2026 Round of 16 match scheduled for July 7, 2026, 16:00 UTC, as reported in the respective <a href="http://fbref.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FBRef.com</a> match reports for these specific games. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."</p><p>Shots on target (SoT) will be determined using the "SoT" column for Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in their respective team's Player Stats sections.</p><p>Shots on target recorded during extra time, if played, will count.</p><p>For the purposes of this market, if either Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi is not listed in the respective team's Player Stats section of the <a href="http://fbref.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FBRef.com</a> match report for their specific game, that player's shots on target value will be considered as 0.</p><p>If either match is not played and completed with an official result by September 7, 2026, 12:00 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO."</p><p>If the data on the website is unavailable for 72 hours after the relevant match is completed, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.</p>
