Bored Ape Yacht Club: 10.00 ETH - Target hit ✅ 2. Pudgy Penguins: 10.00 ETH 3. CryptoPunks: 50.00 ETH 4. Hypurr: 900.0000 HYPE ### **Resolution Criteria:** Resolves to “**Yes**” if at least three of the Market Targets are hit during the Observation Period. Resolves to “**No**” if only 2 or less of the Market Targets are hit during the Observation Period. ### **Resolution Details:** - All Market Targets refer to “Floor” prices as per OpenSea’s data. No other floor price data but OpenSea’s is subject to this market. - The market resolves based on the “Insights” of OpenSea and the “Floor” chart. - Any data point equal to or above the Market Target occuring during the Observation Period will be enough to count towards a “Yes” resolution. Targets reached during the Observation Period will be marked as such in this markets description to allow easier tracking for participants. ### **Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:** - Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking for a prolonged time during the Observation Period. - OpenSea is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Observation Period. In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
