Call Her Daddy: Cancelled this year?

For purposes of this Contract, "cancelled" means any of the following: Alex Cooper, Unwell Network, or Spotify explicitly announces the permanent cancellation, termination, or abandonment of the Call Her Daddy Podcast. Alex Cooper, Unwell Network, or Spotify announces the indefinite suspension or shelving of the Call Her Daddy Podcast with no concrete timeline for resumption. Alex Cooper, Unwell Network, or Spotify announces that the Call Her Daddy Podcast will not proceed beyond feasibility studies or planning phases. Alex Cooper, Unwell Network, or Spotify formally withdraws all permits, licenses, or regulatory applications necessary for the Call Her Daddy Podcast with no indication of resubmission. Alex Cooper, Unwell Network, or Spotify announces the complete replacement of Call Her Daddy Podcast with a fundamentally different project. No work on Call Her Daddy Podcast has happened for 365 days prior to Jan 1, 2027 and there are no announced plans to continue the project. It is reported by any of the Source Agencies that any of the above has happened, even if only announced internally.
