Will John Cornyn endorse James Talarico?

An "endorsement" requires: A clear, affirmative statement of support for James Talarico's election The statement must be public (not private communications) The endorsement must specifically reference the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate election or be clearly in context of the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate election The endorsement must come directly from John Cornyn or through official channels The following scenarios would resolve to YES: John Cornyn states "I endorse James Talarico for U.S. Senate" John Cornyn states "I support James Talarico" with clear reference to the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate election John Cornyn states "I'm voting for James Talarico" publicly John Cornyn states "James Talarico has my full support" for the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate election John Cornyn appears at campaign events specifically to endorse John Cornyn releases official endorsement through their organization John Cornyn allows their name/image to be used in James Talarico's campaign materials Statements of obvious sarcasm (or which are immediately followed by clarifications that John Cornyn is joking) are NOT encompassed by the Payout Criterion. The Contract shall resolve immediately upon confirmation of the first qualifying endorsement by John Cornyn in the specified race. If no qualifying endorsement of James Talarico occurs before November 3, 2026, this market resolves to No. If James Talarico withdraws from, suspends their campaign for, ceases to be a candidate in, or loses the primary or general election for the specified race before a qualifying endorsement is confirmed, this market may resolve to No in the sole discretion of the Exchange. An endorsement conditioned only on James Talarico declaring candidacy for, filing for, entering, or remaining in this race qualifies when the statement is confirmed. An endorsement subject to any other condition does not qualify. On social media, only verified accounts qualify; likes or retweets alone do not count. A quote tweet with added commentary must meet the endorsement requirements above.
