Under the Supreme Court of Fiji's 2025 advisory opinion, a constitutional amendment is approved at referendum by a simple majority of the votes cast, not by a share of registered voters. Only a referendum held in 2026 counts. If more than one question is put to voters, this market follows the question on approving the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2026.
