Will the Royals stadium funding deal become law in Kansas City?
If an ordinance authorizing execution of a binding funding agreement committing at least $500 million in City funding to a new Kansas City Royals ballpark, not conditioned on any subsequent voter approval is enacted in Kansas City, Missouri before Oct 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
