If FHFA reports Rhode Island’s seasonally adjusted Purchase-Only House Price Index for Q4 2026 is above 431.10, then the market resolves to Yes.
Resolution will use the Rhode Island (RI) Q4 2026 index_sa value in FHFA’s quarterly Purchase-Only State HPI dataset. The strike of 431.10 is fixed and will not change if FHFA subsequently revises Q4 2025. FHFA identifies the seasonally adjusted Purchase-Only HPI as its flagship house-price measure.
