Any position in the Trump administration other than White House Press Secretary counts, including a White House aide, advisor, envoy or spokesperson role, or a nomination, appointment or announcement to a role in a federal department or agency. An announcement that Katie Zacharia will take on such a role counts even if she has not yet assumed it, and even if she also remains Press Secretary.
