Will resolve YES if four of the seven nations in G7 (France, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada) have banned messaging apps that use end-to-end encryption, or have otherwise made these apps non-functional or non-private when used in those nations. Will resolve NO if these apps are still legal and functional in at least four of the seven nations that comprise G7.
