If Naftali Bennett is officially appointed and sworn in as Prime Minister of Israel following the 2026 Israeli legislative election, the market will resolve to Yes. Otherwise, it will resolve to No. Legislative elections are scheduled to be held in Israel on October 27, 2026. If the election is held earlier, this contract will apply to the government formed following that election. To qualify for resolution, Naftali Bennett must be formally sworn in as Prime Minister. Serving only as an interim, acting, or caretaker Prime Minister will not qualify. If Naftali Bennett has not been sworn in as Prime Minister by December 31, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET, this contract will resolve to No. Resolution will be based primarily on official information from the Government of Israel, with a consensus of credible reporting used if necessary.
